A table lamp giving direct light with a touch dimmer. It is composed of a cylinder of white marble, which stands obliquely on any flat surface. This marble base is fixed to a clear glass disc through the light fitting. The glass is very thick and is bevelled and pierced to support a light, enamelled aluminium reflector with three holes on the top for cooling. The lamp, which apparently seems unbalanced, is actually very stable because the marble base is counterweighted by the heavy glass disc. It is still being produced with the dimmer on the marble base.
