Irma is the same type of chair as Lierna, a previous design, but the structure is updated in burnished steel tubing which makes it sturdier.

Achille Castiglioni chose to use for this chair a 35 mm steel tube, either burnished or enamelled in anthracite black, white or aluminium. The seat is leather covered nylon with a rigid shape that obliges correct posture during the meal.
